Refund Policy:
At Q6Academy, we are dedicated to providing our students with the best online Quran learning experience. We understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is necessary. Therefore, we have developed the following refund policy to ensure fairness and transparency for our students:
1. Course Payments:
a. Once a student enrolls in a specific course and makes the payment, they are entitled to access the course materials and receive instruction from our qualified teachers.
b. If a student wishes to cancel their enrollment before the course starts, a refund will be provided as follows:
– If the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the course starts, a full refund will be issued.
– If the cancellation is made within 24 hours of the course start time, a refund of 75% of the course fee will be provided.
– Once the course has started, no refunds will be issued.
2. Technical Issues:
a. In the event of technical issues that prevent a student from accessing the course materials or attending classes, we will make all efforts to resolve the problem promptly.
b. If we are unable to resolve the technical issue within a reasonable timeframe, a refund for the affected period will be issued upon request.
3. Unsatisfactory Experience:
a. We strive to provide the best learning experience possible, but if a student is unsatisfied with our services, they may request a refund.
b. To be eligible for a refund based on an unsatisfactory experience, the student must provide valid reasons for their dissatisfaction. We will assess each request on a case-by-case basis.
4. Refund Process:
a. To request a refund, students must contact our customer support team through email or our designated communication channels.
b. Refunds will typically be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving a valid refund request.
